(TIBBERTON PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C52 Tibberton Lane outside
the property known as ‘Elms Farm’ to outside the property known as ‘Old School House’ for a
distance of approximately 150 metres.
The reason is for Ditching works.
The said road is expected to be closed on 6th February 2024 only or until the works have been

provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the
490657 Painswick Road from its junction with St James’ Place to its junction with Andover Road
for a distance of approximately 47.44 metres.
The reason for the closure is for carriageway drainage works
The said road is expected to be closed from 5th February 2024 until 16th February 2024.

(COWLEY AND GREAT WITCOMBE PARISHES) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH
Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(as amended) to temporarily close part of the B4070 Stroud Road from its junction with Birdlip
Hill to outside of the property known as ‘Conny Cottage’ for a total distance of approximately
200 metres.
The reason for the intended closure is for pedestrian guard rail and footway repair works.
The said road is expected to be closed between 09:30 on the 5th February 2024 and
15:30 on the 16th February 2024 only or until the works have been completed. For further

The said road is expected to be closed between 08:00 on the 7th February 2024 and 18:00 on

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH ELO 9
(INNSWORTH PARISH) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH
NOTICE is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport has extended the order to close
temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended)
part of the ELO/9 from its junction with Innsworth Lane extending in a generally westerly
direction for a distance of approximately 925 metres to its junction with Public Footpath ELO/7.
The footpath falls within Innsworth Parish in the Tewkesbury Borough, in the County of Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary to safeguard the public whilst construction works take place.
This temporary closure Order came into force on the 1st September 2020. As works were still
ongoing, the Secretary of State granted subsequent extensions of the Order until 1st March 2024.
The works have still not been completed and so a further extension has been granted until the

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF FOOTPATH DHU 17
(HUNTLEY PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport has extended the Order to close
temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended)
part of Public Footpath DHU 17 from its junction with Tibberton Road and then extends in a
generally south easterly direction for approximately 80 metres.
The footpath falls within the Parish of Huntley in the Forest of Dean District, in the County of
Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary to safeguard the public whilst the construction works are completed.
The Public Footpath was originally closed by Temporary Closure Order commencing
18th September 2023. As works are still ongoing, the Secretary of State has granted an
extension of the Order until 18th March 2025 or until the completion of the works, whichever is
