TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS BERWYN AVENUE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Berwyn Avenue from outside number 1 to the junction with Beake Avenue.
The Order would come into effect on Monday 5th February 2024 and is required to facilitate section 278 Agreement (Highways Act 1980) junction improvement works.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed Friday 23rd February 2024.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic would be as signed on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to Berwyn Avenue, Coventry.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY/FOOTPATH CLOSURE
EASTERN GREEN LANE FROM GARDEN FLATS TO BIRMINGHAM ROAD A45
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of which will be a closure of the length of footpath detailed in the Schedule below (when appropriate signage is in place).
The Order will come into operation at 00.01 hours on 5th February 2024, and is required to enable the construction of a new housing development off Pickford Green Lane with a new public right of way being installed.
The footpath affected is as follows:
The Order will remain valid for six (6) months.
Any alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be signed on site.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS PICKFORD GREEN LANE COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Pickford Green Lane Coventry.
The Order would come into effect from 08.00 on Thursday 8th February 2024 is required to replace supply safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 18.00 on Saturday 10th February 2024.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to the closed section Pickford Green Lane Coventry
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS DESPARD ROAD COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Despard Road.
The Order would come into effect from 08.00 on Monday 5th February 2024 is required to enable STW to replace lead pipes safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 18.00 on Tuesday 20th February 2024.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to the closed section Despard Road.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS SHORNCLIFFE ROAD COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Shorncliffe Road.
The Order would come into effect from 08.00 on Monday 5th February 2024 is required to enable pipe replacement.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 18.00 on Tuesday 20th February 2024.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to the closed section Shorncliffe Road.

FP FASEMAN AVENUE TO SHEPHERD CLOSE
FP THOMAS NAUL CROFT TO SHEPHERD CLOSE
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of which would be a closure of the lengths of footpath detailed in the Schedule below (when appropriate signage is in place).
The Order would come into operation at 00.01 hours on Monday 12th February 2024, and is required to facilitate the construction of a new footway.
The maximum duration of this Order is six (6) months but it is expected that the works would be completed by Friday 16th February 2024.
Alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure would be sign posted on site.

NOTICE OF MAKING
CITY OF COVENTRY (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2005
(WESTMINSTER ROAD CAR PARK) (VARIATION) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Coventry City Council, pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers, has made the above order (“the Order”), the effect of which is to add Westminster Road Car park to the City of Coventry (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2005 (as amended) (‘the OSPO’).
The Order will come into effect on 22nd February 2024.
Westminster Road car park is a pre-existing temporary facility located on a site to the west of Warwick Road in Westminster Road. The site is owned by Friargate Coventry LLP and has been leased to Coventry City Council. It is intended that Westminster Road car park be managed by Coventry City Council as a private car park for use by designated pass holders and permit holders only.
The car park has capacity for 162 cars.
All other details contained in the OSPO will remain unchanged.
A copy of this Notice, the Statement of Reasons, the sealed Order and identifying plans (if any) may be inspected on the Council’s website and at the Council House reception during normal office hours. TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS BEAKE AVENUE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Beake Avenue.
The Order would come into effect from 0700 hours on Monday 12 February 2024. For Carriageway repair works and associated works on.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 18.00 on by 13 February 2024.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to the closed section Beake Avenue.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS LYNCHGATE ROAD AND SHULTERN LANE
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on the following lengths of road:-
• Lynchgate Road from its junction with Shultern Lane to its junction with Sir William Lyons Road; and
• Shultern Lane from its junction with Lynchgate Road to the junction of the Aldi car park entrance and exit, proceeding approximately 76 m in length. Access would be maintained to the Tesco service area.
The Order would come into effect at 00.01 hours on Monday 12th February 2024 and is required to facilitate the installation of a new cycle way, footpaths and junction improvement works.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Thursday 30th May 2024.
The specific closure times would apply as the signage indicates on site.
