(LODGE MOOR) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheffield City Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of Section 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the whole or on parts of Balmoral Crescent, Balmoral Glen, Balmoral Mews, Blackbrook Avenue, Blackbrook Drive, Blackbrook Road, Brookhouse Hill, Crimicar Avenue, Crimicar Drive, Crimicar Lane, Harlech Fold, Harlech Green, Harlech Grove, Harlech Mead, Holyrood Avenue, Holyrood View, Kensington Chase, Kensington Court, Kensington Drive, Kensington Park, Moorcroft Avenue, Moorcroft Close, Moorcroft Drive, Moorside, Peterborough Close, Peterborough Drive, Peterborough Road, Redmires Road, Redmires Way, Rochester Close, Rochester Drive, Rochester Road, Sandringham Place, The Fairway, The Pines, Worcester Close, Worcester Drive, Worcester Road.
A copy of the proposed Order, a plan showing the roads concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH or on the City Council Website at
www.sheffield.gov.uk/home/roads-pavements/traffic-orders.
Any observations, either supporting or objecting to the proposed Order, including the grounds for your objection, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by 29 February 2024.
