Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (U21412 Plymouth Road, Barnt Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U21412 Plymouth Road from its junction with U21457 Ashley Court to its junction with Berry Drive (Private)
Reason: Void investigation by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U21402 Mearse Lane, U21411 Twatling Road, U21412 Plymouth Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 5 February 2024.
(U42216 Hadzor Lane, Hadzor) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U42216 Hadzor Lane from its junction with U42217 Hadzor Church Road to its junction with U42215 Middle Lane.
Reason:
Replacement water mains by Severn Trent Water.Exemptions:
To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.Alternative route:

Order made: To close that part of C2152 Lineholt Lane from its junction with U40220 Woodhall Lane to its junction with U40221 Uphampton Lane.
Reason: Overhead telecom pole testing by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 26 February 2024.Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Bridleway CE-652, Clent) (Temporary Closure)
Order 2024Proposed Order: To close Bridleway CE-652, Clent for its entire length.
The Order has been made to install a new water main and pump.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: From the southern terminus of Bridleway CE-652 go south southeast along Road C2163 Walton Pool, then northeast on Road U20405 Highfield Lane, then CE-659, CE-655, CE-654. From there Bridleway CE-653 will only lead to Footpaths. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 22 February 2024.
