Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(Link Footpath F30452 Stableford Close (o/s No 11) to Mansell Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F30452 Stableford Close (o/s No 11) to Mansell Road from its junction with U30302 Stableford Close to its junction with U30303 Mansell Road.

Reason: Footpath reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U30302 Stableford Close, U30300 Yvonne Road, U30303 Mansell Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 5 February 2024 and 9 February 2024.

(C2060 Foxlydiate Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2060 Foxlydiate Lane from its junction with C2060 Roundabout Foxlydiate & Church Road to its junction with U30443 Foxlydiate Lane.

Reason: New/replacement gas main by Cadent Gas.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2137 Birchfield Road, C2137 Lower Common Lane, C2137 Middle Piece Drive, B4504 Windmill Drive, C2079 Callow Hill Lane, C2060 Green Lane, C2060 Church Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 33 days (24hrs). Commencing: 26 February 2024.

(B4090 Alcester Road, Feckenham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Order made: To close that part of B4090 Alcester Road from its junction with U30013 Rockhill Lane to its junction with U30012 Moors Lane.

Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4090 Droitwich Road, B4090 Alcester Road, B4090 The Saltway, A441 Evesham Road, A422 Worcester Road, A422 Alcester Road, A422 High Steet, A422 Worcester Road, A422 Alcester Road, A422 Worcester Road, A422 Broughton Hackett to Upton Snodsbury, A422 Alcester Road, A4538 Pershore Lane, Junction 6, M5 (National Highways), A38 Droitwich Road, A38 Roman Way, B4065 Bromsgrove Road, B4065 St Georges Square, B4090 Hanbury Road, B4090 Droitwich Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 1 February 2024.

(B4184 Middlehouse Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of B4184 Middlehouse Lane from its junction with U31200 Birmingham Road to its junction with A441 Alvechurch Highway Riverside Roundabout.

Reason: New/Replacement Water Main by Avove Utilities.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: A441 Alvechurch Highway, A448 Bromsgrove Highway, B4184 Birchfield Road, B4184 Brockhill Road, B4184 Hewell Road, B4184 Windsor Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days. Commencing: 26 February 2024.

(U31217 Grove Street, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) and The County of Hereford and Worcester (Archer Road and Grove Street, Redditch) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1984 and The County of Hereford and Worcester (Redditch Ringway and Slip Roads, Prospect Hill, and Red Lion Street, Redditch) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1984 (Temporary Suspension (part)) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U31217 Grove Street from its junction with U31216 Red Lion Street to its junction with U31218 Archers Road and to temporarily suspend the following Orders: a) The County of Hereford and Worcester (Archer Road and Grove Street, Redditch) (One-way Traffic) Order 1984 and temporarily part suspend b) The County of Hereford and Worcester (Redditch Ringway and Slip Roads, Prospect Hill, and Red Lion Street, Redditch) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1984 to allow for access during the work.

Reason: Demolition of police station by DSM Group.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Emergency vehicles must also follow the diversion route.

Alternative route: U31216 Red Lion Street, U31214 Queen Street, U31218 Archers Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 55 days. Commencing: 26 February 2024.

(U23410 Gorsey Lane, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U23410 Gorsey Lane from its junction with U23414 Meadow Road for a distance of 215 metres in an easterly direction.

Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U23410 Gorsey Lane, C2180 Alcester Road, C2041 Station Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 27 February 2024.
