Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above Order in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit
the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of roads in
Lanner. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works
and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th February
2024 to 1st March 2024. The prohibition will be in force
between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Lanner Moor, A393 Between Lanner Moor
And Treviskey, A393 Between The District Boundary And
Penventon House, A393 Between Penventon House And
Comford, Lanner for their entire lengths.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the
above Order dated 29th January 2024 in exercise of its
powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily
prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length
of road in Helston. This prohibition is necessary for fibre
connection works and it is expected that the closure will
be from 12th February 2024 to 17th February 2024. The
prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and
0700, weekends included.
Road affected - Almshouse Hill, Helston between the
junctions of Penhellaz Road and Lady Street

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has
made the above Order dated 29th January 2024 in
exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA
1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the
undermentioned lengths of road in Truro. This prohibition
is necessary for sewer works and it is expected that the
closure will be from 15th February 2024 to 16th February
2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of
2000 and 0400 only.
Roads affected - Green Street, Truro between the junction
of Back Quay and the Bus Station and Back Quay, Truro
between the junction of Green Street and Cafe Nero.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the
above Order dated 29th January 2024 in exercise of its
powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit
the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath
1, Camborne for its entire length. The Council is satisfied
that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of
danger to the public due to cliff fall.
The Order will come into operation on 9th January 2024
and the works are expected to be completed by the 8th
July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day,
weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety
by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the
9th January 2024 for a period of up to 21 days.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with
the works required within the highway specified above,
any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker
in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and
anything done with the permission of or at the discretion
of a police officer.
