Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the
above Order dated 29th January 2024 in exercise of its
powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily
prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of
road in Kea. This prohibition is necessary for poling works
and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th February
2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between
the hours of 0930 and 1530 only.
Road affected - Part Of Road From Penwethers To
Sparnock Farm And Cottages between grid references

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above Order in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit
the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road
in Perranwell Station. This prohibition is necessary for
blockage and ducting works and it is expected that the
closure will be from 28th February 2024 for one day. The
prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and
1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Silver Hill, Perranwell Station between the
junction of Greenwith Hill and the property named Boswyn.

made the above Order dated 29th January 2024 in
exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA
1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the
undermentioned length of road in Perranwell Station. This
prohibition is necessary for sewer works and it is expected
that the closure will be from 13th February 2024 for one
day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of
0800 and 1700, weekdays only.

Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has
made the above Order dated 29th January 2024 in
exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA
1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the
undermentioned lengths of road in Ruan Minor. This
prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is
expected that the closure will be from 13th February 2024
to 15th February 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24
hours a day, weekdays only.

Temporary Disabled Person’s Parking Places Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make
the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1)
of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary disabled person’s
parking places over an area of highway being Station Road
Truro north side between points 9 metres and 80 metres
east of a point opposite its junction with Avondale Road.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because
works are being executed on or near the road to carry out
engineering works within Truro Train Station.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends
to make the above Order in exercise of its powers
under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily
suspend the existing limited waiting parking bays cited
as The County of Cornwall (Truro) (Various Streets)
(On-Street Parking Places and Restrictions on Waiting)
(Consolidation) Order 2010 along Station Road Truro
north side between points 9 metres and 80 metres east of
a point opposite its junction with Avondale Road.
The Order will come into operation on 27th February 2024
and the works are expected to be completed by the 10th
March 2024. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day,
weekends included.

will be from 12th February 2024 to 16th February 2024. The

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made
the above order dated 29th January 2024 in exercise
of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to
impose a temporary speed restriction of 40MPH over an
area of highway being A3078 Between Treworran Garage
and Highfield House, Ruan High Lanes between grid
references SW188443:037802 and SW188723:037910
for approximately 304metres. The Council is satisfied that
the Order is needed because works are being executed on
or near the road to carry out poling works.
The Order will come into operation on 15th February 2024
for one day. The restriction will be in force between the
hours of 0930 and 1530 only.

exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA
1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the
undermentioned length of road in Trispen. This prohibition
is necessary for sewer and water connection works and it is
expected that the closure will be from 12th February 2024
to 16th February 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24
hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Road From Trispen To Eglos Road, Trispen
for its entire length.

Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the
above Order dated 29th January 2024 in exercise of its
powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit
the use by traffic over an area of highway being Truro Lane
Penryn between the properties numbered 12 and 38.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends
to make the above order in exercise of its powers under
section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the
existing one- way order The County of Cornwall (Penryn)
(Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1993 Truro
Lane (Unclassified) - between its junctions with Lower
Market Street and Permarin Road.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because
works are being executed on or near the road to carry out
new water connection works.
The Order will come into operation on 12th February 2024
and the works are expected to be completed by the 16th
February 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the
hours of 1900 and 0700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to traffic
associated with the works required within the highway
specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes
of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility
supplies and anything done with the permission of or at
the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular
access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
