What is happening?

THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

MOORE ROAD, BARWELL TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. 
It is expected that the Order will come into force on 19/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 month. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Flagship Innovation Ltd acting on behalf of Develeco and their appointed contractors to undertake associated development works, utility connections, infrastructure improvement works and Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway authority maintenance works. This order may also accommodate third party works where applicable. The proposed diversion route will be via: Forest View Road, Queensway, Frisby Road, Barwell and vice versa.

HURST ROAD, HINCKLEY
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 19/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow CADENT GAS LIMITED and their contractors to rectify a defect to their apparatus. The proposed diversion route will be via: Priesthills Road, Station Road, Mount Road and vice versa. Any existing waiting restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in schedule 2 to this order are hereby suspended temporarily for the duration of the works.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 17/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to undertake repairs to their apparatus. The proposed diversion route will be via: High Street, Mill Street, Hinckley Road, Ashby Road, Stapleton Lane, Barwell and vice versa. 
Any existing waiting restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in schedule 2 to this order are hereby suspended temporarily for the duration of the works.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. 
The Order will come into force on 21/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water to undertake infrastructure installations.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 19/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 10 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to facilitate carriageway patching and any other associated work to the highway. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site. Any existing waiting restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in schedule 2 to this order are hereby suspended temporarily for the duration of the works.

Gospall Road, Bilstone, at the junction of Shackerstone Road for 80 metres Northwest. Shackerstone Ln, between Main St and the junction with Odstone Ln, Swepstone.

The Order will come into force on 05/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to facilitate repairs to defective apparatus and undertake remedial works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Main Road, Atterton Lane, Sheepy; Upton Lane, Atherstone Road, Witherley; Atherstone Road, Shenton Lane, Sheepy and vice versa.

The Order will come into force on 05/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 2 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 8 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to facilitate new water connections and Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: High Street, Carrs Road, Carrs Drive and vice versa.

The Order will come into force on 07/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to undertake a lead replacement scheme and any other associated works, Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works and Cityfibre and their contractors to facilitate installation of new apparatus and other associated works on the highway. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.
