Temporary Orders The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Access To West Tremabe Cottage From Tremabe Lane, Dobwalls) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Dobwalls. This prohibition is necessary for bridge inspection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th February 2024 to 28th February 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 and 0500, weekdays only.

Road affected - Access To West Tremabe Cottage From Tremabe Lane, Dobwalls for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Fowey. This prohibition is necessary for principal road maintenance and gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th February 2024 to 28th February 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 29th January 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Stephens. This prohibition is necessary for works to install a raised table at the junction and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th February 2024 to 14th February 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Broad Walk, St Stephens between property numbers 45 and 51 and Uplands, St Stephens between property number 1 and the junction of Broad Walk.

This prohibition is necessary for Level Crossing Commissioning works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd March 2024 to 4th March 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing and lining works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th February 2024 to 20th February 2024.
