Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14

The County Of Devon (Temporary Restriction) (A381 Newton Road, Littlehempston/Totnes) Order 2024 Temporary 40Mph Speed Limit

Notice is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 5/2/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 8/3/24. Between the hours of 07:00 & 17:00. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed greater than 40 miles per hour on the sections of Affected Roads when temporary traffic signing is in place.

Roads affected: A381 Newton Road, Littlehempston/Totnes, Newton Abbot Road Roundabout At Junction With Brutus Bridge To The Junction To Littlehempston 

There Is No Alternative Route.. This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Drainage Maintanance & Surveying.
