THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (ROAD FROM CHIVENOR CROSS TO TAW CROFT, HEANTON PUNCHARDON) ORDER 2024
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 26/2/24 for a maximum of 18 months. 
Anticipated Finish 2/3/24. 
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: ROAD FROM CHIVENOR CROSS TO TAW CROFT, HEANTON PUNCHARDON The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - ROAD FROM CHIVENOR CROSS TO RECTORY CLOSE CROSS - ROAD FROM CHIVENOR CROSS TO BRAUNTON ROAD - ROAD FROM RECTORY CLOSE CROSS TO WILLIAMS CLOSE - ROAD PAST LANSDOWNE TO HEANTON HILL COTTAGE - ROAD FROM HEANTON HILL COTTAGE TO WINDY CROSS. This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: NEW WATER MAIN TO BE EXCAVATED ONTO THE NEW BUILDING SITE.. For additional information contact: KIER MG LTD.
