Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
A452 WARWICK ROAD, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed between the junctions of St Johns Road and Whites Row.
Reason for Order: Drainage works, closed 08.00hrs-17.00hrs Sundays only.
Order Commences: 28 January 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: A452, A46, A45, A429 and A452. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.
BRIDGE STREET, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between the junctions of Bridge Street and Grange Close.
Reason for Order: To enable works for renewal of a water pipe.
Order Commences: 31 January 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 2 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: Bridge Street, Warwick.

CROSS STREET, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from the junction with Smith Street to the car park of Priory Walk.
Reason for Order: To provide fibre overhead cabling for a customer.
Order Commences: 29 January 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 29 January 2024.
Access & Diversion: Smith Street, St Nicholas Church Street, Castle Hill, The Butts, Priory Road.

D70950 BLACKTHORNE ROAD, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed between Ashfield Road and Farmer Ward Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 09.30hrs-14.30hrs.
Order Commences: 29 January 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 31 January 2024.
Access & Diversion: Ashfield Road, Thornbury Avenue, Farmer Ward Road and vice versa.

D41140 VINE LANE AND D41150 LAKIN COURT, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed between the junctions of Lakin Court and Woodville Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 29 January 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 29 January 2024.
Access & Diversion: Lakin Court, Paradise Street, Woodville Road and vice versa.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH FROM UPPER HOLLY WALK TO HOLLY STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Public Footpath closed to ALL traffic from the side of 117 – side of 109 & side of 151 to a point outside 125.
Reason for Order: To enable works for laying duct. Please note: The work will be completed in phases.
Order Commences: 30 January 2024 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: Footpath from Upper Holly Walk to Holly Street, Upper Holly Walk, Campion Terrace, Holly Street and vice versa.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH FROM HAMPTON GROVE TO PRINCES STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Footpath closed to ALL traffic from a point outside number 12 – outside number 5 & outside number 14 to the junction of Princes Street.
Reason for Order: To enable works for laying duct.
Order Commences: 1 February 2024 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 8 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: Footpath from 2 to 30 Comyn Street, Comyn Street, Princes Street and vice versa.

PARADE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from the junction with Dormer Place to the junction with Regent Street.
Reason for Order: To enable road surface repairs.
Order Commences: 28 January 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 January 2024.
Access & Diversion: Parade, Victoria Terrace, Bath Street, High Street, Old Warwick Road, Myton Road, Princes Drive, Park Drive, Avenue Road, Adelaide Road, Dale Street, Clarendon Place, Clarendon Avenue and vice versa.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH BETWEEN 1 AND 15 THE GRANGE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Public footpath closed to ALL traffic from Upper Holly Walk to a point outside 15 The Grange.
Reason for Order: Works to lay duct in the footway.
Order Commences: 29 January 2024 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 2 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: Access road to the rear of 1 to 9 The Grange, Upper Holly Walk and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
A4177 BIRMINGHAM ROAD, BUDBROOKE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between its junctions with Ugly Bridge Road and Charingworth Drive.
Reason for Order: To enable construction of resident’s access into new development, overnight works 22.00 hrs-05.00hrs.
Order Commences: 14 February 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: Birmingham Road, Brownley Green Lane, Hatton Hill, Honiley Road, Meer End Road, Kenilworth Road Gambles Island, Kenilworth Road, Station Road, Kenilworth Road, Meriden Road, Diddington Lane, Stonebridge Island, Coventry Road, A45, Dunchurch Highway, Fletchamstead Highway, Herald Avenue, Kenpas Highway, Bathway Road, Stonebridge Highway, A45, Leaf Lane, A46, Warwick Bypass, A46 and vice versa

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from B4100 Roundabout to the junction with Windmill Hill Lane.
Reason for Order: To enable works for installation of new water connections from main.
Order Commences: 10 February 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: Fosse Way, Harbury Lane, Oakley Wood Road, Banbury Road and vice versa.

CHURCH HILL, CUBBINGTON, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junctions with Church Lane.
Reason for Order: Meter installation and boundary box repair.
Order Commences: 13 February 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 14 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

C25 FIVE WAYS ROAD, SHREWLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between its junctions with the B4439 Old Warwick Road and Case Lane.
Reason for Order: Pre-surface dressing patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30 hrs.
Order Commences: 12 February 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: A4177 Birmingham Road, B4439 Old Warwick Road and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between the junctions of Montague Road and All Saints Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 08.00hrs-16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 13 February 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 14 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: Monague Road, Charles Street, All Saints Road and vice versa. Access to Nelson Avenue and Dale Close will be limited while works are in progress.

LYE GREEN, ROWINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Provide area for engineers to access pole to provide overhead cabling, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 12 February 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: Lye Green, Holywell, High Cross Lane, The Cumsey and vice versa.

TACHBROOK ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable long pipe installation.
Order Commences: 12 February 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: No diversion possible.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
