Silsden, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Construction Works

What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL FOOTPATH NO.50, SILSDEN TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of construction works to be executed on or near Footpath No.50, Silsden has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Footpath No.50, Silsden from its junction with Footpath No.49 to north of Woodside Farm (at fork in path).

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to pedestrians connected with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.

No alternative routes for pedestrian traffic affected by the Order will be available.

The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on the 29th January 2024 and remains in force until 18:00 hours on the 1st March 2024 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
