ROTHERHAM METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

PART OF SCHOOL HILL WHISTON ROTHERHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding that part of School Hill between property No.4 around the corner to property No.10 School Hill from Monday 29th January until Friday 2nd February 2024. NOTICE is further given that there is no alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order, the road is a cul de sac.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

VARIOUS ROADS AT WATH UPON DEARNE ROTHERHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the seven parts of road specified in the Schedule to this notice for periods of time between Monday 29th. January and Friday 19th. April 2024.

NOTICE is further given that the alternative routes are via local neighbouring streets.

The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the parts of road (Carriageway resurfacing).

SCHEDULE

(i)    Montgomery Road from its junction with West Street to its junction with Church Street.

(ii)   Church Street from its junction with Montgomery Road to its junction with Barnsley Road.

(iii)   High Street from its junction with Dearneway to its junction with Moor Road including the service road.

(iv)   Sandygate (unclassified section) from its junction with A633 Sandygate to its junction with High Street.

(v)   Fitzwilliam Street at its junction with Church Street.

(vi)   Warehouse Lane at its junction with Church Street.

(vii)  West Street at its junction with Church Street.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

PART OF A633 MANVERS WAY PART OF HUMMINGBIRD WALK AND PART OF CAWOOD DRIVE WATH UPON DEARNE ROTHERHAM

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the three parts of road specified in the Schedule to this notice for periods of time between Monday 29th. January and Friday 5th. April 2024 between the hours of 8pm and 5am.

NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order is via A633 Manvers Way, Dearne Valley Parkway, Wath Road, Barnsley Road, West Street, Biscay Way, Dearneway roundabout, Station Road and vice versa.

The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the parts of road (Carriageway resurfacing).

SCHEDULE

(i)    A633 Manvers Way/Station Road roundabout to its junction with Skylark View.

(ii)   Hummingbird Walk at its junction with A66 Manvers Way.

(iii)   Cawood Drive at its junction with A66 Manvers Way.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

PART OF A631 TICKHILL ROAD MALTBY ROTHERHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that  part of A631 Tickhill Road, Maltby from its junction with Quilter Road to its junction with Stoney Well Lane for a period of up to two weeks between Monday 5th. February and Friday 15th. March 2024 between 7.30 p.m. and 5.30 a.m. each day.

NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order will be via A631 Tickhill Road, A631 Rotherham Road, A60 Worksop Road, A60 Doncaster Road, A634 Blyth Road, B6247 Muglet Lane, A631 Tickhill Road and vice versa.

The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Carriageway repairs).

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) AND 14(7)

PARTS OF A631 BAWTRY ROAD MALTBY ROTHERHAM (TEMPORARY 10 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT RESTRICTIONS)

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to suspend parts of The Rotherham Borough Council (Various Roads, Rotherham) (Speed Limits and Speed Derestriction) (Consolidation) Order 2004 and to temporarily reduce the existing speed limits to 10 miles per hour for motor vehicles travelling along the two parts of A631 Bawtry Road, Maltby specified in the Schedule to this notice for various periods of time between Monday 5th. February and Monday 4th. March 2024.

The reason for the revocations is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the two parts of road  (Safety of site personnel whilst undertaking road junction  improvements and resurfacing).

SCHEDULE

(i)    To temporarily reduce from 30 miles per hour to 10 miles per hour the speed limit for motor vehicles travelling along that part of A631 Bawtry Road, Maltby from its junction with Denby Way roundabout to its junction with Rotherham Road.

(ii)   To temporarily reduce from 40 miles per hour to 10 miles per hour the speed limit for motor vehicles travelling along that part of A631 Rotherham Road, Maltby from its junction with Bawtry Road to its junction with Addison Road.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

PART OF ADDISON ROAD MALTBY ROTHERHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Addison Road from its junction with A631 Bawtry Road to the southern kerb line of Beech Road from Monday 29th. January until Sunday 3rd. March 2024.

NOTICE is further given that the alternative route is via A631 Rotherham Road, A631 High Street, B6376 Braithwell Road, Dale Hill Road, Addison Road and vice versa.

(SPEED LIMITS & SPEED DERESTRICTION) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2004 (AMENDMENT NO. 84) ORDER 2024 20 miles per hour speed limit restriction Maltby Model Village Rotherham

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to impose changes to the speed limit affecting the road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

A copy of the proposed Order, a map relating to it and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Rotherham Borough Council, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham S60 1AE.

Objections to the proposed Order and other representations relating to it can be sent to the undersigned at the address given below (quoting reference NF/71878, e-mail: Legal-TRO@rotherham.gov.uk) and must be received by the undersigned not later than 23rd. THE ROTHERHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL (OFF STREET) (PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2011 (AMENDMENT NO.93)  ORDER  2024

Forge Island Development Car Park

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council acting in its capacity as traffic authority for the borough of Rotherham in exercise of its powers under sections 32 and 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and Schedule 9 to that Act, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers proposes to make the abovementioned order. It is proposed to introduce an off street car park provided and regulated by the Council off Market Street and Bridge Street, Rotherham which will serve as a “Free” and “Payable” car park. The proposed days and hours of operation, the maximum period for which vehicles may wait and the scale of charges that will apply are specified in the Schedule to this notice.
