(Liverpool School Streets Project) (Various Streets/Wards) (Temporary Prohibition of Access at Certain Times) (Order, 2022) (Amendment) Order 2024.
Notice is hereby given that the Council has made the above-mentioned Amendment Order under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, so as to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling, in both directions, between 8.30am-9am and 2.30pm-4pm on Mondays to Fridays (both days inclusive), along the following sections of highway:- Watergate Lane from its junction with Woodrock Road in a north easterly direction to its terminus, Priory Way from its junction with Watergate Lane in a south easterly to its terminus, Watergate Way from its junction with Priorsfield Road in a South westerly direction to its terminus, Arlington Avenue in its entirety, Montreal Road from its junction with Winnipeg Drive in a north westerly direction to its terminus, Michigan Close from its junction with Montreal Road in a south westerly direction to its terminus, South Parkside Drive in its entirety, Neilson Road from its junction with St Michaels Road in a south easterly direction to its terminus, Lynwood Road in its entirety, Lynwood Gardens in its entirety, Broomfield Gardens in its entirety. Access for frontage properties, disabled persons badge holders, deliveries & pedal cycles will be maintained at all times. This Order shall come into operation on the 29 January 2024 and will remain in force until the 6 March 2024, or for such lesser time as dictated by the making of two Experimental Traffic Regulation Orders for this project.
