Notice under section 123(2A) Local Government Act 1972
Intended Lease of open space land at Manor Park, Whyteleafe, Surrey

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tandridge District Council intends to grant a lease of land forming part of an open space to the Trustees of Caterham & Whyteleafe Tennis Club for a term of 25 years. The land is situated at Manor Park, Whyteleafe, Surrey, shown edged red on the plan.

The plan can be viewed on the Council’s website at: www. tandridge.gov.uk/publicnotices or a copy of the plan may be requested by contacting: fcourtney@tandridge.gov.uk.

Any representations or objections on the intended lease must be made in writing for the attention of: Freddie UngoedCourtney, Council Offices, 8 Station Road East, Oxted, Surrey RH8 0BT or by email: fcourtney@tandridge.gov.uk quoting reference FC/LEGAL/7334 to be received no later than 5pm on 15th February 2024.
