U17 CHESWICK JUNCTION TO GOSWICK, GOSWICK
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U17 Cheswick Junction To Goswick for a distance of 20 metres either side of Goswick level crossing in the County of Northumberland.

The Order is to be effective from the 27th January 2024 until the 28th January 2024.

The road will only be closed from the 27th January 2024 until the 28th January 2024 between the hours of 22:00 and 07:00 during this period.

There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

The closure has been requested by Chevron TM Ltd on behalf of Network Rail Infrastructure to re-rail through the level crossing .
