Liss, Temporary Road Closures Due To Works On The Road

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - FOREST ROAD/MINT ROAD/MILL ROAD, LISS, EAST HAMPSHIRE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

ROAD(s) TO BE CLOSED:

Forest Road between its junction with Forest Ride and its junction with Mill Road.

Mill Road between its junction with Wyld Green Lane and its junction with Forest Road.

Mint Road between its junction with Forest Road and a point 100 metres West.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE(s):

Forest Road/Mill Road Diversion: Forest Road, Petersfield Road, Farnham Road, A3 J B3006 Roundabout, Farnham Road, Station Road, Mill Road

Mint Road Diversion: Warren Road, Rake Road, Wyld Green Lane, Mill Road

DURATION OF ORDER: from 5th February 2023 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 12 days, and will be in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
