Hysbysir Drwy Hyn Bod Cyngor Sir Fynwy, Neuadd ySir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA ("y Cyngor") yn bwriadugwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â'r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984: 
1.  Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 29ain Ionawr 2024 a bydd ynparhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd yn hwy na 18 misneu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud wedi'igwblhau, pa un bynnag yw'r cynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd ygwaith yn cael ei gwblhau rhwng 29ain Ionawr 2024 a’r 2ailChwefror 2024, gan weithredu rhwng 20:00 a 06:00. 
2.  Mae'r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol ar gyfer gwneud gwaithgosod ceblau mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Byddmynediad rhesymol yn cael ei gynnal ar gyfer eiddo sy'nwynebu'r darnau ffordd yr effeithir arnynt pan fydd y ffordd ar gau. 
3.  Effaith y gorchymyn fydd cau dros dro ran o GylchfanGwasanaethau Magwyr, A4810, Magwyr, Sir Fynwy, mewn 3 cham.  Cau Ffordd Dros Dro  Cylchfan Gwasanaethau Magwyr, A4810, Magwyr, Sir Fynwy Camau 1 a 2:  • Cau ffordd cylchfan yr M4 C23a rhwng y ffordd ymuno tua'r dwyrain a'r A4810 tua'r de.  Cam 3:  • Cau ffordd ar gylchfan yr M4 C23a o'r ffordd ymadael tua'r dwyrain a'r slip ymuno tua'r dwyrain. 
4. Bydd llwybr dargyfeiriol wedi'i arwyddo yn ei le fel a ganlyn:  Camau 1 a 2:  • Traffig yn teithio tua'r gorllewin i neu o wasanaethau trafforddC23a – A4810 tua'r de i gylchfan Llandyfenni, 2il allanfa tua'r gogledd i gylchfan C23a yr M4.  Cam 3:  • Traffig yn teithio tua'r de ar yr A4810 – M4 tua'r Dwyrain,dilynwch yr arwyddion dargyfeirio drwy wasanaethau trafforddy J23a, ailymuno â chylchfan J23a, 2il allanfa ar gyfer yrA4810 tua'r de. 
5.  Enw’r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro 2024 Cylchfan Gwasanaethau Magwyr, A4810, Magwyr, Sir Fynwy. 
6.  Yn rhinwedd Adran 16(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad aosodwyd o dan Adran 14 o'r Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

Monmouthshire County Council (Magor Services Roundabout, A4810, Magor, Monmouthshire) Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice 2024 Notice Is Hereby Given That Monmouthshire County Council of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 
1.  The Order came into operation on the 29th of January 2024 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between the 29th of January 2024 and 2nd of February 2024, operating between 20:00 – 06:00. 
2.  The order was necessary for cable installation works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure. 
3.  The effect of the order was to temporarily close a section of Magor Services Roundabout, A4810, Magor, Monmouthshire in 3 stages.  Temporary Road Closure  Magor Services Roundabout, A4810, Magor, Monmouthshire Stage 1 and 2:  • Road closure of the M4 J23a roundabout between the eastbound on slip and the A4810 southbound.  Stage 3:  • Road closure on the M4 J23a roundabout from the eastbound off slip and the eastbound on slip.  
4. A signed diversionary route will be in place as follows:   Stage 1 and 2:  • Traffic travelling westbound to or from to the J23a motorway services – A4810 southbound to the Llandevennyroundabout, 2nd exit northbound to the M4 J23a roundabout.  Stage 3:  • Traffic travelling southbound on the A4810 – M4 Eastbound, follow diversion signs through the J23a motorway services,rejoin J23a roundabout, 2nd exit for the A4810 southbound. 
5.  This order may be cited as the Magor Services Roundabout, A4810, Magor, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2024. 
6.  By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
