TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 12/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 12 weeks.

The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water to undertake chamber rebuild works and Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 11/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months.

The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake Forestry work.

The proposed diversion route will be via: Saffron Road, Wigston; Saffron Lane, Stonesby Avenue, Leicester City; Aylestone Lane, Leicester Road, Long Street, Bushloe End, Station Road, Wigston.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake carriageway patching works and Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 14/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow City Fibre to excavate and install new infrastructure. The proposed diversion route will be as signed on site.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 14/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months.

The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 7 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water Ltd undertake remedial re-instatement works and any other various Utility works and Leicestershire County Council highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Station Road, Leicester Road, Mill Lane and vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 29/01/2024 and have a maximum duration of three months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to seven days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to Cadent Gas to undertake new connections.

The proposed diversion route will be via: Braunstone Avenue, Cort Crescent, Woodshawe Rise, Leicester City; and vice versa.

The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council safely undertake highway drainage works and any other various Utility and highway maintenance works.
