THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL OF STOCKPORT (GREAT UNDERBANK AND MARKET PLACE, STOCKPORT) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF ENTRY FOR MOTOR VEHICLES) ORDER 2023 (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffc Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffc Act 1991 and the Traffc Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be:- Schedule 1 of The Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport (Great Underbank and Market Place, Stockport) (Prohibition and Restriction of Entry for Motor Vehicles) 2023 is hereby amended as follows - Prohibition of Entry for Motor Vehicles Monday to Thursday & Sunday 10.30am – Midnight Saturday & Sunday 7am – Midnight – Pedestrian and Cycle Zone IS AMENDED to Prohibition of Entry for Motor Vehicles Monday to Thursday and Sunday 10.30am to Midnight Friday and Saturday 7am to Midnight Pedestrian and Cycle Zone. Full details of these proposals are set out in the draft order which together with the map may be viewed at https://www. stockport.gov.uk/proposed-traffc-regulations-in-your-area However, if you do not have access to the internet then please contact Stockport Legal Services, Town Hall Stockport SK1 3XE in order to obtain a hard copy. Any person wishing to object to this proposed Order should write specifying their grounds for objection to the undersigned on or before 15 February 2024 quoting reference ZA.3090.
