The County of Cornwall (Institute Lane, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd January 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for installation of statutory fbre network and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th February 2024 to 14th February 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road afected - Institute Lane, Bodmin from the junction on Greenacres to the junction on Marshall Road.

The County of Cornwall (Knights Mill Hill, Fore Street, and The Square and St Teath, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd January 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for carriageway repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th February 2024 to 9th February 2024 The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.
Roads afected - Knights Mill Hill, Fore Street and The Square, St Teath, Bodmin for their entire lengths.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Crantock. This prohibition is necessary for tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th February 2024 to 23rd February 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road afected - Langurroc Road, Crantock between the junctions of Beach Road and Vosporth Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Newquay. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th February 2024 to 28th February 2024.
Roads subject to prohibition - Tower Road from Crantock Street to Fore Street, Fore Street at the Tower Road Roundabout, Newquay.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the efect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specifed on the undermentioned length of road in Newquay.
Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Tower Road from Hope Terrace to Fore Street for approximately 300 metres, Fore Street from South Quay Hill to Tower Road for approximately 245 metres, Newquay.
The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.
