ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) THE WALTHAM FOREST (THAMES WATER FIRE HYDRANT REPLACEMENT) (PROSPECT HILL E17) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO. 1) ORDER 2024
1. The council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest (the Council) HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that on 18th Januray 2024 it made an Order to allow for the replacement of a fire hydrant by Thames Water to be carried out in a safe and efficient manner in Prospect Hill E17
2. The general effect of the Order will be, only at such times and to such extent as regulatory signs are displayed, to prohib vehicles (except works vehicles) from -
(a) waiting or loading for any purpose, at any time in Prospect Hill E17 - between its junction with The Drive and the rear facing wall of No. 115 Church Hill; and
(b) Entering The Drive E17 from its junction with Prospect Hill E17
3. What the prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above remain in force, advance warning sighnage and alterative routs for traffic shall be in place.
4. Vehicles waiting or loading in disregard of this Order would be removed.
5. The prohibitions mentioned above would not apply in relation to any vehicle being used (a). in connection with the said works; or
(b) for ambulance, fire brigade or police purposes (if the works allow)
6. The Order will come into operation on 24th January 2024 and would be valid for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.

NOTE: The works are expected to be completed within 3 days, however, the Order has been extended to allow for any bad weather or other unforeseen constraints that may abort works. Whilst the prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 of this notice remain in force, vehicular access in Prospect Hill would be maintained on either lane as will be indicated by regulatory signs. THE WALTHAM FOREST (CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE ACCESS)
(GAYWOOD ROAD E17) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) (NO.1) ORDER 2024
1. The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that on 18th January 2024 it made an Order to allow safe access, egress and loading provision for construction vehicles in association with a development site at No. 458 Forest Road E17
2. The general effect of the Order will be, only at such times and to such extent as regulatory signs are displayed or, where applicable, covered, to -
(a) prohibit vehicles (except work vehicles) from entering, proceeding, waiting or loading, for any purpose 'at any time' in Gaywood Road E17 - between its junction with Forest Road and the common boundary of nos. 47/49
(b) suspend 5 metres of zone 'HS' Permit Holders parking space on both sides outside No. 47 Gaywood Road E17 - between its junction with Forest Road and the common bounday of Nos. 47/49
(c) suspend the prohibied access area to vehicular traffic outside no. 1 Gaymood Road E17
3. Whilst the prohibitions referred to in item 2 above remain in force, advance warning signage and alternative routes for traffic shall be in place.
4. Vehicles waiting, loading, stopping or parking in disregard of this Order would be removed.
5. The prohibitions mensioned above would not apply in relation to any vehicle being used for ambulance, fire brigade or police purposes (if the works allow).
6. The Order will come into operation on 20th January 2024 for a maximum period of 6 months or untl the wokrs are completed, whichever is the sooner. The order extends by Order a prefious Notice sent under section 14(ii) of The Road Traffic Act 1984.

Signage will be placed in advance of any works in the roads mentioned in this notice which would give more specific details on the exact dates of the prohibitions, effects of any temporary traffic management and diversion routes as necessary. The works at each site are expected to be completed within 5 days, however, the Order has been extended to allow for any contingencies. (ref: (TT4(24))
THE WALTHAM FOREST (THAMES WATER REPAIR WORKS) (VARIOUS ROADS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO. 1) ORDER 2024
1. The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest (the Council) HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that it intends on making an Order to allow for the repair of Thames Water apparatus to be carried out in a safe and efficient manner in various roads within the said borough.
2. The general effect of the Order would be, only at such times and to such extent as regulatory signs are displayed, to prohibit vehicles (except works vehicles) from entering, proceeding, waiting or oading for any purpose, at any time, in,
a. Harris Street E17 - between its junction with Hibbert Road to a point 15 metres northeastwardly from the said junction;
b. Newcomen Road E11 - between the common boundary of No.4/6 and its junction with Harrow Road.
3. Vehicles waiting or loading in disregard of this Order would be removed.
4. Whilst the prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above remain in force, advance warning signage and alternative routes for traffic shall be in place.
5. Designated controlled parking space situated in any road or part of road affected by the measures set out in paragraph 2 above will be suspended.
6. The prohibitions mentioned above would not apply in relation to any vehicle being used a. in connection with the said works; or
b.for ambulance, fire brigade or police purposes (if the works allow)

3. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter, proceed, wait or load for any purpose, at any time, within 30 metres of the junction of any road adjoining the roads or sections of roads contained in paragraph 2 above.
4. Whilst works are being carried out in any roads mentioned in paragraph 2 the one-way workings/no entry prohibitions for those s mentioned in paragraph 2 w of roads, or in any road adjoining those said sections of roads temporarily suspended.
5. Whilst the prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above remain in force, alternative routes for traffic would be indicated by traffic signs.
6. Vehicles waiting or loading in disregard of this Order would be removed.
7. The prohibitions mentioned above would not apply in relation to any vehicle being used:
(a) in connection with the said works or
(b) for ambulance, fie brigade or police purploses.
8. The Order would come into operation on 1st February 2024 and would be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed , whichever is the sooner.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that it intends on making
calming works to be carried out in a safe and efficient manner in

The general effect of the Order would be, only at such times and to such extent as regulatory signs are displayed or, where applicable, covered - to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting or loading for any purpose "at any time" in the roads or parts of roads mentioned in the Schedule to this notice.
3. Whilst the prohibitions referred to in item 2 above remain in force, alternative routes for traffic would be indicated by traffic signs.
4. Vehicles waiting or loading in disregard of this Order would be removed.
5. Vehicular access to properties affected by these temporary measures will be maintained wherever
possible, subject to the extent and operation of the closures.
6 Any one way working in the roads or any road adjoining within the extents of the closure of any road mentioned in the schedule to this notice will also be suspended.
7 The prohibitions mentioned above would not apply in relation to any vehicle being used -

9 The Order would come into operation from 1st February 2024 and would be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.

Construction works will be carried out during daytime or overnight (ref: TT1(24)).
