What is happening?

Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, makes or intends to make the following Orders.
DARTFORD AREA
FOXHOUNDS LANE & PARK CORNER ROAD, SOUTHFLEET, DA13 9LJ (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Foxhounds Lane and Park Corner Road, Southfleet, on or after 14th February 2024 for up to 3 days between 09.30hrs and 15.30hrs or until the works have been completed.
Foxhounds Lane will be closed from Park Corner Road for 175 metres.
Park Corner Road will be closed from slip road with A2 for approx. 630 metres.
The alternative route for Foxhounds Lane is via B262 Station Road and Park Corner Road. No access to Park Corner Road from Foxhounds Lane.
The alternative route for Park Corner Road is anticlockwise A2 Watling Street/Dartford By-Pass, B255 Bean Lane/High Street/Southfleet Road, B262 Betsham Road and Park Corner Road.
KIRBY ROAD, DARTFORD, DA2 6HA (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
Because of Thames Water works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Kirby Road, Dartford, from 09.00hrs on 12th February 2024, with estimated completion by 19.00hrs on 16th February 2024 or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between numbers 65 and 76.
The alternative route is via Kirby Road, Hillhouse Road and vice versa.
LITTLE QUEEN STREET, DARTFORD, DA1 1TE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
Because of street lighting replacement works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on Little Queen Street, Dartford, on or after 12th February 2024 for up to 1 day between 09.00hrs and 15.00hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed for the entire length.
The alternative route is via St Albans Road, A226 East Hill, Great Queen Street and vice versa.
PILGRIMS WAY, DARTFORD, DA1 1RW (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
Because of a sewer connection, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Pilgrims Way, Dartford, on or after 12th February 2024 for up to 13 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside 2B.
The alternative route is via Pilgrims Way, B2500 Watling Street, A226 The Brent, A296 Park Road and eastbound via A296 princes Road, B2500 Watling Street and Pilgrims Way.
