1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004: -

2. The general effect of The Wandsworth (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. *) Order 2019 Is to:

(a) designate the following parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying a disabled person's badge (referred to In this notice as a "mandatory bay") outside:

3. The general effect of The Wandsworth (Permit Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. *) Order 202* to

(a) re-designate the following mandatory bays as parking

places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying the disabled resident's parking permit numbered as specified below (referred to in this notice as a "resident-specific bay"):

4. In so far as the mandatory bays mentioned in paragraph 2 above are within Controlled Parking Zones, the general effect of the Parking Places Orders relating to the said zones is to shorten, re-designate or lengthen the adjoining CPZ parking places to take account of the proposed new, relocated and revoked mandatory bays and resident-specific bays.

5. Copies of documents and plans giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

6. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting the reference W/ECS/ TMO/2016) within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 247

PATMORE STREET

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WANDSWORTH hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to authorise the stopping up of the highway described in the First Schedule.

IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping-up will be authorised to enable the development described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 by the London Borough of Wandsworth on 19 September 2021 under local planning authority reference 2020/0636.

COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND RELEVANT PLAN MAY BE INSPECTED FREE OF CHARGE between 09:00 and 17:00 during a period of 28 days commencing on Thursday 18 January 2024 at Wandsworth Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU.

Copies of the draft order and stopping up plan are also available to view at Battersea Park Library, 309 Battersea Park Road, SW11 4NF during the library's opening hours.

ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed Order by writing to the Director of Environment and Community Services, London Borough of Wandsworth, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, SW18 2PU quoting reference 2020/0636. Any objection must be received by Thursday 15 February 2024. In preparing an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.

THE FIRST SCHEDULE

Areas of Highway to be Stopped Up

The area of Patmore Street edged back and hatched in black and white on the plan accompanying the application, consisting of an area of 117.23 square metres, running from a point east to west on the northern side of Patmore Street for a distance of 63.3 metres, and from a point north to south for a distance of 1.852 metres.

The Location

Patmore Centre and adjacent open space/play area and multi-use games area, Patmore Street, SW8 4JD

The development

Demolition of existing building and multi-use games area and redevelopment of the site to include erection of two five-storey buildings to provide 57 affordable residential units and a community room (Use Class D1) with associated bicycle parking, residential car parking, refuse storage, plant, and outdoor private amenity space. Provision of a new shared street and enhancements to existing public open space (including new and improved children's play space and replacement multi-use games area) and associated landscaping and SuDS.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC - BURNTWOOD LANE SW17

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Burntwood Lane to facilitate Vodafone Utility works.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, the Southbound and Northbound cycle lane will be closed along Burntwood Lane from the junction of Openview to the junction of Fieldview. There will be no waiting at any time.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section - telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 29 January 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 29 January 2024.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE - BESSBOROUGH ROAD SW15

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict parking in Bessborough Road for TFL works.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, temporary waiting restrictions will be introduced on Bessborough Road from the junction of Alton Road to outside Gosport House. Also, outside and opposite from the junction of Durford Crescent to lamp column 7. There will be no waiting at any time.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 22 January 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 2 February 2024. Dated this eighteenth day of January 2024.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION - EARDLEY ROAD SW16

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Eardley Road to facilitate Southern Gas networks works.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, temporary waiting restrictions will be introduced along Eardley Road from outside and opposite numbers 20 to 40 and from outside and opposite numbers 94 to 104 Eardley Road. There will be no waiting at any time.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section - telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 23 January 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 15 March 2024.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

TEMPORARY CLOSURE - EATONVILLE ROAD SW17

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Eatonville Road to facilitate BT Openreach utility works ("the works").

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Eatonville Road from the junction of Trinity Road to the side of number 90 Trinity Road. There will be no waiting at any time.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section - telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 27 January 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 27 January 2024.
