DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ar ôl o leiaf 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad yma, o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.
Rhaid cau'r bont droed er mwyn cynnal gwaith atgyweirio'r parapet.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau pont droed Coleg Cwm Rhondda / Stryd Turberville.
Llwybr Amgen i Gerddwyr – ar gael ar hyd Stryd Turberville, Stryd Sherwood Coedlan Pontrhondda, pont droed Coedlan Pontrhondda a Heol Nant-y-Gwyddon.
Fydd DIM mynediad ar gael i gerbydau'r gwasanaethau brys nac i gerddwyr.
Bydd mynediad ar gael i eiddo.
Mae disgwyl i'r ffordd fod ar gau dros nos rhwng y dyddiadau a'r amseroedd canlynol neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau:-
• Ar gau dros nos rhwng 20:00 a 06:00 rhwng 5 a 23 Chwefror 2024.

(TEMPORARY FOOTBRIDGE CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.
The closure is necessary to carry out parapet works to the footbridge.
The effect of the Order will be to close the Rhondda College / Turberville Street footbridge.
Alternative Pedestrian Route - available via Turberville Steet, Sherwood Street, Pontrhondda Avenue, Pontrhondda Avenue footbridge and Nat-y-Gwyddon Road.
Access WILL NOT be maintained for pedestrians or emergency services.
Access to premises will be maintained.
The closure is expected to be in operation overnight between the following dates and times, or until such time as the works has been completed:-
• Overnight closures between 20:00 – 06:00 from 5th – 23rd February 2024
