What is happening?

THE NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL

(Various Streets) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2019 (Various Streets and Roads, Elsham, Hibaldstow, South Killingolme, Brigg and Scunthorpe) (Amendment) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 32, 35, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to amend the Order specified in the Schedule to the extent described in that Schedule. A copy of the draft Order showing the amendments together with a statement of reasons and plan showing the sides and lengths of road affected are on display at the Council Offices, Church Square House, DN15 6NL.
Objections to the proposal specifying the grounds on which they are made should be sent in writing to either the Traffic Safety Team, Billet Lane, Normanby Enterprise Park, Scunthorpe DN15 9YH or traffic@northlincs.gov.uk not later than 8th February 2024.

 SCHEDULE
To amend the North Lincolnshire Borough Council (Various Streets) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2019 as follows in so far as it relates to Elsham, Hibaldstow, South Killingholme, Brigg & Scunthorpe and as detailed below:
A - on a section of The Flarepath Elsham Wold Industrial Estate - a restriction of no waiting at any time as shown on drawing YHN5006/23/03/001
B - around the junction of Church St and Ford Lane, Hibaldstow- a restriction of no waiting at any time as shown on drawing YHN05006/23/05/001
C - on Chase Hill Rd, South Killingholme around vehicular access points - a restriction of no waiting at any time as shown on drawing YHN05006/23/06/001 
D - on Preston Drive, Brigg around the entrance to the allotments - a restriction of no waiting at any time as shown on drawing YHN5006/23/08/01
E - on Rivelin Rd and around the junction with Kingston Rd, Scunthorpe - a restriction of no waiting at any time as shown on drawing YHN5006/23/07/01
F - on Shelduck Way and Lakeside Parkway, Scunthorpe a restriction of no waiting at any time as shown on drawing YHN5006/23/10/01
G - on a section of Redshank Drive, Scunthorpe a restriction of no waiting at any time as shown on drawing YHN5006/23/12/01
H - on Home St, Scunthorpe a restriction of loading only and a restriction of no waiting at any time replacing the existing taxi rank as shown on drawing YHN5006/23/14/01 Rev A
