Order made: To close that part of U11319 Bigbury Lane from its junction with C2172 Wilden Lane to its junction
with U11318 Wilden Top Road.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U11318 Wilden Road, U40000 Hillary Road, U11318 Wilden Top Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs). Commencing: 18 January 2024.
(C2019 Blakeshall Lane, Wolverley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2019 Blakeshall Lane from its junction with U13207 Solcum Lane to its junction with U13208 Blakeshall Lane.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U13207 Solcum Lane, C2019 Blakeshall Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 13 February 2024.

Proposed Order: To close that part of A451 Bridge Street from its junction with U11140 Harold Davies Drive to its junction with U11354 Engine Lane.
Reason: Bridge maintenance by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Order made: To close that part of U13416 Sugar Loaf Lane from its junction with C2061 Beechtree Lane for a distance of 710 metres to South Stafford County Boundary.
Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A451 Stourbridge Road, A451 Kidderminster Road, A451 Norton Road, U13416 Sugarloaf Lane (part) and vice versa.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U12600 Barnetts Lane from its junction with A449 Chester Road South to its junction with U12603 Oldnall Road.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U64218 Dunley from its junction with A451 Dunley for a distance of 100
metres in a north easterly direction.
Reason: Safe access of blockage clearance by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

B4194 Pearl Lane, U64218 Redhouse Road, U64215 Dunley and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 12 February 2024.
(U13229 Church Bank, Wolverley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of Church Bank from its junction with B4189 Woverley Rd to its junction with C2019 Wolverley Village
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4189 Wolverley Road, C2019 Wolverley Village and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between the dates of 8 February 2024 to 19 February 2024.
(U12048 Blount Terrace, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U12048 Blount Terrace from its junction with U12046 Northumberland Avenue to its junction with U12049 Beauchamp Avenue.
Reason: Footpath reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U12046 Northumberland Avenue, U12047 Neville Avenue, U12049 Beauchamp Avenue and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 33 days. Commencing: 12 February 2024.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U95612 Worles Common from its junction with C2024 Stockton on Teme for a distance of 150 metres in an easterly direction.
Reason: New water connection by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2024 Stockton, C2024 Pensax Road, B4202 Pensax, U95612 Pensax and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing:12 February 2024.

Order made: To close that part of U13406 Sandy Lane from its junction with A450 Worcester Road to its
junction with A456 Birmingham Road.
Reason: To replace BT pole by HSC Worcester Ltd.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A450 Worcester Road, B4188 Belbroughton Road, A456 Birmingham Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 24 January 2024.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U13234 Hayes Road from its junction with U13235 Sebright Road to its junction with U13233 Fairfield Lane.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U13235 Sebridge Road, U13237 Hayes Lane, C2183 Lowe Lane, U13233 Fairfield Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 12 February 2024 and 23 February 2024.
(U13235 Sebright Road, Wolverley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U13235 Sebright Road from its junction with U13237 Hayes Lane for its entire length.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U13234 Hayes Road, U13233 Fairfield Lane, C2183 Lowe Lane, U13237 Hayes Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 14 February 2024 and 27 February 2024.
