Mae Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, mewn dim llai na 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn atal unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio cerbyd neu fynd ar hyd Sgwâr Loudoun o bwynt 38 metr i’r gorllewin o’r gyffordd â Sgwâr Hodges am 155 metr tua’r de.

Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol i hwyluso gwaith ar y briffordd neu gerllaw iddi, a disgwylir iddo fod ar waith o Ddydd Llun 29 Ionawr 2024 tan Ddydd Gwener 8 Mawrth 2024.

Dim ond ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau a gaiff eu harddangos y bydd y cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith. Bydd y Gorchymyn ar waith am hyd at 18 mis.

Enw’r Gorchymyn fydd “Gorchymyn (Sgwâr Loudoun, Caerdydd) (Cau Ffordd Dros Dro) Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd 2024”

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC PROPOSAL
THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
(LOUDOUN SQUARE, CARDIFF) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers intends in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the general effect of which is to prevent any vehicles from using or proceeding along Loudoun Square from a point 38 metres west of its junction with Hodges Square for a distance of 155 metres in a southerly direction.

The Order is necessary to facilitate works on or near to the highway and is expected to be in operation from Monday 29th January 2024 until Friday 8th March 2024.

The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices. The Order will remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.

The Order will be known as “The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Loudoun Square, Cardiff) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024”.
