(One Way (Except Cycles)) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Derbyshire County Council proposes to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be, in respects of roads in Buxton, High Peak is as follows:
TO INTRODUCE A ONE WAY SYSTEM OF TRAFFIC FOR MOTOR VEHICLES ON THE FOLLOWING LENGTH OF ROAD:
The Crescent, Buxton
From its junction with The Square in a north-easterly direction to its junction with the Quadrant.
A copy of the Order and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection at the County Council’s principal offices known as County Hall on Smedley Street in Matlock during opening hours and on request by emailing place.permanentTRO@derbyshire.gov.uk until 6 weeks after the Order is made and at Buxton Library, Kents Bank Road, Buxton, Derbyshire, SK17 9HW during opening hours.
All objections and other representations to the proposal must (a) be made in writing (b) state the grounds on which they are made (c) provide a name and address for contact purposes (d) be sent to the Executive Director – Place, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock DE4 3AG (For Attention of Traffic and Safety Team quoting reference Z3333) or email place.permanentTRO@derbyshire.gov.uk by Friday 9th February 2024.
