ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(SPRING WOOD COUNTRY PARK PICNIC SITE MAIN CAR PARK, ACCRINGTON ROAD, WHALLEY, RIBBLE VALLEY BOROUGH) (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Order under Sections 32 and 35 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Designate the land situated at grid reference 374069:436093, measuring approximately 81 metres by 70 metres known as Spring Wood Country Park Picnic Site Main Car Park, as being an off street car parking place for the purposes of Section 32 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The land hereby being known as the "Spring Wood Country Park Picnic Site Main Car Park" and as set out in the above Order as the land edged red.
2. Introduce a tariff of pay and display parking charges as set out in the Schedule to this notice for the use of these off street parking places.
3. Introduce 3 disabled person's parking spaces which will be situated on the Main Café Parking Area in this off street parking place.
