What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984- SECTION (14.1)

The council of the London Borough of Enfield Intend to make the

Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

FORE STREET N18 - 4157

Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential Utility Works

Operational Dates: 25 January for 1 day or until works are completed

The general effect of the Order would be to close the southbound cycle lane from. the junction of Brettenham Road to a point in line opposite No.273 Fore Street. While the cycle lane is closed cyclists would need to dismount and walk or join the main carriageway to cycle.

NORTH WAY N9 - 4158

Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential Utility Works

Operational Dates: 28 January 2024 for 1 day or until works completed.

The general effect of the Order would be to close this road between Nos. 6 to 12a North Way. While this road is closed local diversions would be in operation.

ALBERTA ROAD EN1 - 4159

Reason for 14(1) Order - Thames Water Works

Operational Dates: 22 January 2024 for 5 days or until works completed

The general effect of the Order would be to suspend parking on this road between Nos. 17 to 45 and Nos. 14 to 38.

ALBERTA ROAD - 4160

Reason for 14(1) Order - Thames Water Works

Operational Dates: 29 January 2024 for 5 days or until works completed.

The general effect of the Order would be to suspend parking on this road between Nos. 53 to 73 and Nos. 44 to 64.

STONEYCROFT CLOSE AND BRIMSDOWN AVENUE EN3 - 4161

Reason for 14(1) Order - Thames Water Works

Operational Dates: 29 January 2024, between 08:00 hours and 17:00 hours, for 4 days or until works completed.

The general effect of the Order would be to:

* Suspend Parking on Brimsdown Avenue between Nos. 11-15 and Nos. 25-55; and

* Close Stoneycroft Close, at its junction with Brimsdown Avenue.

While Stoneycroft Close is closed access would be maintained for residents only as far as the works allow.

HERTFORD ROAD N9 - 4162

Reason for 14(1) Order - Thames Water Works

Operational Dates: 30 January 2024 for 5 days or until works completed

The general effect of the Order would be to close the northbound cycle lane on this . road between Nos, 297 and 311. While the cycle lane is closed cyclists would need to dismount and walk or join the main carriageway to cycle.

PENTRICH AVENUE AND HOE LANE EN1 - 4163

Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential Utility Works

Operational Dates: 30 January 2024 for 7 days or  until works completed

The general effect of the Order would be to suspend parking on both sides of

* Pentrich Avenue between its junction with Hoe Lane and a point in line opposite the southern kerbline of Worcesters Avenue: and 

* Hoe Lane between, Nos. 284 and 312 Hoe Lane.
