Ellesfield Avenue, Temporary Prohibition Of Driving Due To Patching Works
What is happening?
BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (ELLESFIELD AVENUE, BRACKNELL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:
a) Ellesfield Avenue, Bracknell between Peacock Roundabout and Doncastle Road.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (a) of this Order will be via A3095 Mill Lane, Twin Bridge Roundabout, A329 Berkshire Way, Doncastle Road and this route reversed. The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while the Highway Authority carry out carriageway patching works. The Order came into operation on the 18th January 2024 and has a maximum duration of 6 months. It is currently planned that the closure will be in place between 18th January 2024 until 19th January 2024 from 20:00 until 06:00. This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
