Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th January 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fraddon. This prohibition is necessary for works for safe access to underground structure and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th January 2024 to 28th January 2024.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekends included.

Road affected - Access From Chapel Road To Piggery, Fraddon from junction on Pit Lane to outside Montana.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th January 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th January 2024 to 9th February 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekends included.

Road affected - Road From Allen Valley Road To Wayside, Bodmin between grid references SX 06283:78792 and SX 06409:78189.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th January 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Crantock. This prohibition is necessary for sewer works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th January 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Beach Road, Crantock between properties named St Ambros and Pensilva.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for permanent disconnection/reconnection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th February 2024 to 14th February 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for installation of statutory fibre network works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th January 2024 to 12th February 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Bodrugan Hill To Portmellon Road, Mevagissey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th January 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Mevagissey. This prohibition is necessary for works for general manhole repair and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th January 2024 to 31st January 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Bodrugan Hill To Portmellon Road, Mevagissey close to The Rising Sun Inn and Sea View Cottages.

Cornwall Council
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 21st December 2020 continuing to prohibit traffic, those driving, leading or riding a horse over an area of highway being Bridleway 4, Pentewan between grid references SX 02007 47480 to the bridge at SX 02117 47996.

The Order which commenced on the 11th January 2021 and is currently in force for up to twelve months will now continue until the 10th July 2024. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 10th January 2024 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to an uneven, slippery and dangerous surface. Public Bridlway closed only to those driving, leading or riding a horse.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

This prohibition is necessary for drainage and patching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th February 2024 to 20th February 2024.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

This prohibition is necessary for essential tree work and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th February 2024 to 15th February 2024.
