Murray Place, Stirling - Temporary Suspension of Parking
What is happening?
PUBLIC NOTICES
The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Murray Place, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 12-1-24.
This Order will suspend the parking on:
Murray Place On its south-east side in the layby adjacent to HSBC bank in a northerly direction for a distance of 20 metres or thereby from 0800 hours until 1600 hours from 23-1-24 until 24-1-24 to facilitate public utility works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (B8033, Perth Road, Dunblane) (Temporary Restriction on Waiting) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 12-1-24.
The ORDER will suspend existing parking and restrict it to rail replacement buses:-
B8033, Perth Road In the parking layby on the north west side of Perth Road from a point approximately 40 metres or thereby from the junction of St Blanes Road, in a north westerly direction, for a distance of approximately 40 metres or thereby, and
B8033, Perth Road In the parking layby opposite the Police Station on the south east side of Perth Road from its most northerly point for a distance of approximately 40 metres or thereby from 0001 hours until 2359 hours on 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, 19, 25, 26 and 27-2-24 during works at Dunblane Railway Station.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Drumpark Street / Mayfield Street, St Ninians, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 12-1-24.
This Order will close:
Drumpark Street For its entire length, and;
Mayfield Street From its junction with Cornhill Crescent to its westerly junction with Drumpark Street from 0800 hours until 1800 hours from 5-2-24 until 18-2-24 to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works.
Emergency service access will be maintained

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Port Street, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 12-1-24.
This Order will close:
Port Street From its junction with Dumbarton Road to its junction with King Street from 0900 hours until 1600 hours from 6-2-24 until 9-2-24 to facilitate the replacement of cobble blocks.
Emergency service access will be maintained

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (B823, Cornton Road, Stirling) (Temporary No Waiting at Any Time) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 12-1-24.
This Order will introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on the B823, Cornton Road, Stirling from 22-1-24 for a period of 12 months.
The restrictions are required in the interests of public safety to prevent indiscriminate parking which is causing an obstruction and blocking of the bus stop which presents a danger to passengers boarding / alighting the bus.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Hillfoots Road, Causewayhead, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 12-1-24.
This Order will close:
Hillfoots Road From its junction with Airthrey Road to its junction with Graham Avenue from 5-2-24 until 3-3-24 to facilitate the construction of a new table top and pedestrian crossing.
Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: Via Airthrey Road, Logie Road, Hillfoots Road and vice versa
