What is happening?
(U629N BALMORAL AVENUE – U802N KIRKOWENS STREET) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2024
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close Balmoral Ave, Crathie Ave, Ballater Ave, Braemar Ave and Kirkowens St on a phased rolling road closure from 22/01/24 to 25/02/24. The closure is necessary to facilitate the installation of a new Scottish Power supply. Alternative route available as signposted on site.
Residents access maintained via either Lockerbie Rd or Annan Rd depending on phase of works. Emergency access will be available if required. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
