ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

TEMPORARY CLOSURE - HOLDERNESSE ROAD & CHETWODE ROAD SW17

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Holdernesse Road & Chetwode Road to facilitate Power on Connections utility works.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Holdernesse Road from outside number 4 to the junction of Trinity Road. Chetwode Road will also be closed at the junction of Holderness Road to facilitate the works. There will be no waiting at any time.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section - telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 15 January 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE - VIEWFIELD ROAD SW18

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Viewfield Road to facilitate BT Openreach utility works.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Viewfield Road from outside number 37 to the junction of Granville Road. There will be no waiting at any time.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section - telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 20 January 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 20 January 2024.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

TEMPORARY PARKING SUSPENSIONS - DRAKEFIELD ROAD AND LOUISVILLE ROAD, SW17

1. The Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate waste containers to be installed ("the works") they have made an Order, the effect of which willbe to introduce parking suspension as

2. Whilst the works take place,

(a) the parking bays located on the northeastern side of Drakefield Road, from a point at the termination of the Red Route returns, south-eastwards for a distance of 10 metres shall be suspended; and;

(b) the parking bays located on the northeastern side of Louisville Road, from a point at the termination of the Red Route returns, south-eastwards for a distance of 10 metres shall be suspended.

3. The Order will come into effect on 11 January 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.

4. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
