HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL:

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (BALDOCK ROAD, ROYSTON) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce 40 mph speed limit in part of Baldock Road, Royston as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The Order will come into effect on Friday 26 January 2024. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are held on deposit and may be viewed from 11 January 2024 to 22 February 2024 during office hours at Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford or online at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/trafficorders by selecting North Herts and looking at Ref: NH00821. SCHEDULE: 40 mph speed limit - that section of road listed below and as set out in the Order and scheme plan - Baldock Road, between a point 45 metres west of Therfield Road and a point 41 metres west of Rosecomb.
