Mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar gefnffordd yr A470, neu gerllaw iddi, yn Aberhonddu, Powys. Effaith y Gorchymyn yw gwahardd dros dro bob cerbyd rhag mynd ar y darn o gefnffordd a elwir yn Ffordd Osgoi Ddwyreiniol Aberhonddu sy’n ymestyn o’i chyffordd ag ochr ogledd-ddwyreiniol Cylchfan Brynich yr A40/A470/B4601 i’w chyffordd â chyffordd y B4602 Troed-yr-harn. Y llwybr arall ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r gogledd yw mynd ar y B4601 tua’r gorllewin drwy Aberhonddu hyd at ei chyffordd â’r B4602 a’r B4602 tua’r gogledd i ailymuno â’r A470 wrth gyffordd Troed-yr-harn: i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r de. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 22 Ionawr 2024. Disgwylir y bydd y gwaharddiadau dros dro yn weithredol dros nos (19:00 – 06:00 o’r gloch) ar 22 a 23 Ionawr 2024 neu hyd nes y caiff yr arwyddion traffig dros dro eu symud ymaith yn barhaol. Dim ond yn ystod y cyfnod a bennir uchod y disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn fod yn weithredol. Er hynny, bydd yn parhau’n ddilys am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf rhag ofn y bydd angen ailamserlennu’r gwaith neu wneud gwaith canlyniadol neu waith arall. Bydd hysbysiad am unrhyw newidiadau i’r amseroedd a’r dyddiadau yn cael ei arddangos cyn gwneud unrhyw waith a ailamserlennir.
