C404 Barrington Road - Temporary Road Closure

C404 BARRINGTON ROAD BEDLINGTON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intend to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C404 Barrington Road Bedlington for a distance of 60 metres, 30 metres either side of the level crossing in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 3rd February 2024 until the 5th February 2024.
It is expected that the road will be closed at all times during this period.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C406, C414, C404 and vice-versa.

The closure has been requested by Centurion Site Services for level crossing build and testing works. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order
