SOUTH TYNESIDE COUNCIL

NOTICE OF TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION ORDERS 2024

Notice is given that on 10 January 2024 the Council of the Borough of South Tyneside made the traffic consolidation orders listed in Schedule 1 below. The effect of each traffic consolidation order is to revoke the provisions of the existing traffic consolidation orders listed in Schedule 2 and to re-enact those provisions without change of substance. The orders constitute consolidation orders for the purposes of The Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure)(England and Wales) Regulations
1996. The orders become operative from the 15 January 2024 and are available for public inspection at the Town Hall and Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields, Tyne & Wear, NE33 2RL during normal office hours for the 6 weeks from the date of this Notice. Should you wish to inspect them please ask for the Principal Solicitor, Development.
