(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its
powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order
to the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length
of Claverton Street, Widcombe, Bath from its junction with the A36 extending
east to its junction with Prior Park Road. USRN: 47900008.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed
on or near the road to enable Wessex Water to replace 2 x fire hydrants in the
carriageway on the 14th January 2024 for a maximum period of 2 days. The road
will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be
effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute
the works. This is anticipated to be for ONE DAY.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its
powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order
to the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length
of Summer Lane, Monkton Combe, Bath from its junction with Tucking Mill Lane
extending west along Summer Lane, Combe Down to a point outside the property

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on
or near the road to enable Wessex Water to carry out sewer rehabilitation via CIPP
lining including cover and frame changes on the 15th January 2024 for a maximum
period of 3 weeks. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in
position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as
is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for TWELVE DAYS
between 09:30-23:00hrs.
