Duke Crescent - Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting
What is happening?

Portsmouth City Council (Duke Crescent) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.11) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 16th January 2024 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
DUKE CRESCENT
From Opposite side of No. 75 Wingfield Street to opposite its junction with Hertford Place (on the northern side).
B) TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE
WINGFIELD STREET FOOTPATHS AT Nos. 1-71.
From Opposite side of No. 75 Wingfield Street to opposite its junction with Hertford Place (on the northern side).
C) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate fire risk assessment works.
D) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 08:00 to 18:00 on 16th January 2024 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
E) DIVERSION
Pedestrian access will be diverted around the works.
