MODIFICATION ORDER (No. 78) 2019

On 30 August 2023, the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed the above named Order:

The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by upgrading to a restricted byway the public right of way commencing at its junction with Rod Side/Long Lane/Beeton Green (the point marked A on the Order Map, OS grid reference 427308 388069) and proceeding in a generally southerly direction to its junction with Onksley Lane/Moorwood Lane (the point marked B on the Order Map, OS grid reference 427307 387597), the number of this right of way to be known as Bradfield 213.

A copy of the Order as confirmed and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Moorfoot Building, Sheffield S1 4PL from 8.45 a.m. to 4.45 a.m. on Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the Order and Map may be obtained there. The documents can also be viewed on the Council’s website: www.sheffield.gov.uk (using the Your City Council – Legal and Governance – Legal Orders link). The Order came into effect on 30 August 2023.
