(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE)
ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U6109 St Mary’s Field Morpeth from the rear of 51 to 56 St Mary’s Field for a length of 35 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 29th January 2024 until the 9th February 2024.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 29th January 2024 until the 2nd February 2024 and that it will be closed at all times during this period; however the Order will remain in place until 9th February 2024.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the St Mary’s Field and vice-versa.

The closure has been requested by Northumbrian Water Ltd to renew service. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
