1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (Play Street Restrictions) (No.1) Order 2024 under section 29 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding on the sections of Abbotshall Avenue N14, Acacia Road EN2, Amberley Road N13, Exeter Road N9, Palmerston Crescent N13, Radcliffe Road N21, Selborne Road N14 and Warwick Road N11, as specified in Schedule 1 to this notice on the dates detailed in Schedule 2 to this notice.
3. The Order provides that the prohibition will not apply to –

1. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on the dates and times detailed in schedule 2 to this notice and any other relevant documents can be inspected at the Town Library, 66 Church Street, Enfield EN2 6AX, Monday to Fridays 9am – 5pm inclusive during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
