Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14

The County Of Devon (Temporary Restriction) (Road From Stover Caravan Park To Forches Cross, Bovey Road, Stover & Newton Abbot) Order 2024

Temporary 30Mph Speed Limit

Notice is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 5/2/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 30/6/24.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed greater than 30 miles per hour on the length of road below:

A382: From Stover School in a south easterly direction for a distance of 1500 metres

The speed limit in this order will supersede any existing limits when temporary traffic signage is in place.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary  to  enable:  Devon  Highways

- A382 & Jetty Marsh Improvement Scheme – Diversion Of Services. For
