Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th January 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for principal road maintenance and gully emtying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd January 2024 to 27th January 2024. 
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.
Roads afected - A39 Between Three Hole Cross And Gonvena Hill, A39 Between Hendra Lane And Three Holes Cross, A39 Between St Kew Highway And Hendra Lane, A39 St Kew Highway, A39 Between Barn Lane And St Kew Highway, Barn Lane, A39 Between Coombe Lane And Barn Lane, A39 Between Coombe Lane And Allen Valley Road, Allen Valley Road, A39 Between Valley Truckle And Knights Mill Hill, Wadebridge fro Ball roundabout, Wadebridge to Valley Truckle, Camelford.

The County of Cornwall (Bank Street, Newquay) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay. This prohibition is necessary for works to supply new water source and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th February 2024 to 13th February 2024. 
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road afected - Bank Street, Newquay from junction on Gover Lane to juction on Beachfeld Avenue.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay. This prohibition is necessary for installation of sewer level equipment works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st February 2024 to 2nd February 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2300 and 0600, weekdays only.
Road afected - Beach Road, Newquay from No 1 to No 8.

This prohibition is necessary for gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th February 2024 to 9th February 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th January 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Camelford. This prohibition is necessary to provide safe access to underground structure and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd January 2024 to 26th January 2024. 
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th January 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for installation of statutory fbre network and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd January 2024 to 31st January 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road afected - Road From Corner Cottage To Junction South Of Mulberry Downs, Bodmin from junction on Road From Junction South East Of Lower Grogley to Junction North of Tregear and junction on Road From Penmenoth to Marshall Road.

Cornwall Council
Section 14(1) of the Road Trafc Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) 
Temporary Prohibition of Trafc Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 16th July 2023 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by trafc over an area of highway being Footpath 9 in the Parish of St Minver Lowlands between grid references SW 95293:76482 and SW 94796:76222. The Council is satisfed that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to defective footbridge.
The Order which commenced on the 17th July 2023 and is currently in force for up to six months will now continue until the 26th December 2024. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 26th December 2023 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfed that the order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to defective footbridge.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, trafc associated with the works required within the highway specifed above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police ofcer.

This prohibition is necessary for carriageway repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th February 2024 to 9th February 2024. 
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.
