Cyngor Sir Fynwy Adran 14(1)(B) - Deddf Rheoli Traffig Ffyrdd 1984Llwybr Troed 8 (Rhan) Porthsgiwed Gorchymyn Rheoli Traffig Dros Dro 2024  Rhoddir Hysbysiad Drwy Hyn Fod Cyngor Sir Fynwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan A14(1)(b) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Gwnaed y gorchymyn oherwydd y tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd.  Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd cau Llwybr Troed 8 (Rhan) fel y dynodir ar gynllun y gorchymyn.  Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 08/01/2024 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am hyd at chwe mis ac efallai y bydd angen ei ymestyn y tu hwnt i’r cyfnod hwn drwy wneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru. Monmouthshire County Council Section 14(1)(B) - Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Footpath 8 (Part) Portskewett  Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2024 
Notice Is Hereby Given That Monmouthshire County Council has made an Order under S14 (1) (b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The order was made due the likelihood of danger to the public.  The effect of the Order was to temporarily close Footpath 8(Part) as indicated on the order plan.  The Order will come into force on the 10/01/2024 and will remain in force for up to six months and may need to be extended beyond this period by application to the Welsh Ministers. The Welsh Ministers have been consent to the making of this order due to the previous closure in June 2023.  By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.  For further information please contact Monmouthshire County Council’s Rights of Way Section on 01633644850 or email  Countryside@Monmouthshire.gov.uk  Dated 10/01/2024
