Cyngor Sir Fynwy  Adran 14(1)(B) - Deddf Rheoli Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 Llwybrau Troed 175(Rhan), Llanfihangel Troddi 189(Rhan), Llanfihangel Troddi, 17(Rhan), Llangwm, 32(Rhan), Llantrisant Fawr, 54(Rhan), Magwyr Gyda Gwndy, 157(Rhan), Dyfawden A 122(Rhan) Dyfawden Gorchymyn Rheoli Traffig Dros Dro 2024  Rhoddir Hysbysiad Drwy Hyn Fod Cyngor Sir Fynwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan A14(1)(b) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Gwnaed y Gorchymyn oherwydd y tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd.  Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd ymestyn y cyfnod cau a wnaed drwy’r Hysbysiad brys ar 18fed Rhagfyr 2023 a chau dros dro y llwybrau troed a restrir yn nheitl yr Hysbysiad hwn ac fel y nodir ar gynlluniau’r Gorchymyn.  Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 08/01/2024 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am hyd at chwe mis ac efallai y bydd angen ei ymestyn y tu hwnt i’r cyfnod hwn drwy wneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru.  Yn rhinwedd Adran 16(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodwyd o dan Adran 14 o’r Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.  Am ragor o wybodaeth cysylltwch ag Adran Hawliau Tramwy Cyngor Sir Fynwy ar 01633644850 neu e-bostiwch  Countryside@Monmouthshire.gov.uk

Monmouthshire County Council Section 14(1)(B) - Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Footpaths 175(Part), Mitchel Troy, 189(Part),  Mitchel Troy, 17(Part), Llangwm, 32(Part),  Llantrisant Fawr, 54(Part), Magor With Undy, 157(Part), Devauden And 122(Part) Devauden  Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2024 
Notice Is Hereby Given That Monmouthshire County Council has made an Order under S14 (1) (b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The order was made due the likelihood of danger to the public.  The effect of the Order was to extend the closures made by emergency notice on 18th December 2023 and temporarily close the footpaths listed in the title of this notice and as indicated on the order plans.  The Order came into force on the 08/01/2024 and will remain in force for up to six months and may need to be extended beyond this period by application to the Welsh Ministers.  By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.  For further information please contact Monmouthshire County Council’s Rights of Way Section on 01633644850 or email  Countryside@Monmouthshire.gov.uk
